As time passed, Hepaistos continued honing his craft under close supervision from the king of gods themselves. Through sheer hard work and determination, he managed to create some truly remarkable works of art - including an incredibly detailed set of golden armor for none other than Poseidon himself!

This act alone would have cemented Hephaestus's place within Greek mythology forevermore; however, fate had other plans...

The Downfall

As we all know too well sometimes great power can lead to downfall. In this case, it was not due directly to any fault of his own but rather through circumstance beyond control.

A powerful love affair with the beautiful nymphs on Mount Olympus eventually led Hephaestus down a path that would ultimately seal his fate forevermore...

With no way back and feeling utterly betrayed by those he once called friends (including even Zeus himself), an enraged Hepaistos turned against all who had wronged him in one final, desperate bid for revenge!

Thus begins the epic tale of how Hephaestus went from being a forgotten blacksmith god to becoming perhaps THE most feared entity within Greek mythology itself...
